His first exposure to retirement plans was as a participant, so he offers valuable perspective to business owners as they consider retirement plan options for their businesses and employees.
Whether working with a business owner to craft a company retirement plan, or an individual to build a nest egg, Blake starts with a healthy respect for each client’s individual journey. He asks specific questions to clarify true concerns and understand their “why”, setting a strong foundation for the path forward.
I often work with clients who are just beginning their careers, or perhaps starting a new family. I always tell them “it’s never too early, and what you have to work with is never too small.” The most important thing is to set meaningful goals, and start forming the behaviors to help you reach them. I take pride in helping make what can be a difficult conversation – about retirement plans or investing – less difficult.
